發貨及配送時間Shipping and Delivery

After the order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once the order is scheduled to ship, the system will send the tracking number via email counter to the address stated on your order information.

Then the order will be shipped within 3 working days. The shipping time will be from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). The expected delivery time is only for reference. If there is any delay in delivery, please wait patiently or contact the logistics company. No compensation will be offered by SKXERS due to the delay in delivery.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information after your order is shipped. If you have any further enquiries about the delivery status, please check from the official website of Logistics (https://www.17track.net/en).

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different warehouses. If this happens, the shipping of your order may be split or the delivery time will be extended to 7-14 working days. SKXERS Customer Service Centre will contact you in time to follow up the case.

If the order fail to deliver due to order out of stock or other possible reasons, the SKXERS Customer Service Centre will contact you in time to follow up the case.

If the delivery information (e.g. contact number, delivery address) is incorrect or not complete, resulting in the failure to deliver, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. All the expenses incurred shall be borne by you. Related fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

In case of special circumstances (warehouse inventory-taking, promotion events), weather, manpower and other factors leading to delayed delivery or extended delivery time, SKXERS will be announced in advance as an announcement.

退款及換貨說明ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

退款說明 Refund Instructions

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled while in transit.

If you would like to change or cancel your order before we ship it, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Once SKXERS confirms that the return conditions and requirements are met, you will be notified by email(contact@skxers.com). The refund will be credited to the original credit card or payment platform used for the transaction. The actual processing time for the refund depends on the credit card issuer or payment platform and typically takes 10 to 15 business days to complete.

退/換貨說明 Return / Exchange Instructions

Refunds are available for all products (except Clearance’s items and products that are bought during specific offers or promotional events which explicitly state that return or exchange are not allowed).

Please be sure to contact us via email to request for refund within 7 days after receiving the product (based on the date of receipt and delivery).

All expenses related to a refund will be borne by you, including a return/exchange fee equivalent to 20% of the order amount.

All products are allowed exchange only once, and the exchange must be a product of the same style and the same color. The acceptance of exchanges is based on the on-hand inventory.

If your order fail to meet the requirements for accepting returns (Please refer to “Reasons for Unacceptable Returns / Exchanges”), SKXERS will contact you in time and send you back your order. All the expenses incurred will be borne by you.

Please note that shipping charges & Return charges are not refundable. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Your refund will only include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified with SKXERS customer service.

After the approval of application, the exchange code will provided, the item you would like to replace will be reserved. All reserved items will only be kept for 5 days after confirming the exchange application.

The refund will be arranged within 5 working days, once SKXERS confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met. The refund will be paid to your original credit card or payment platform used for payment. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on the credit card issuers or payment platform, which normally takes 10 to 15 working days.

 

不能退款或換貨的情況Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/ Exchanges

如退回的貨品不符合以下退貨條件:

If the returning/ exchanges item fails to meet the following requirements:

貨品處於原始狀態(貨品保持完整、未使用、未洗滌或未損毀;貨品上沒有污漬或涂污),及不影響二次銷售。

The item for returning/exchanges should be keep in its original condition (the surface of the product has no scratches, damage and unused), which the product is in a condition that can be sold again.

貨品外包裝完好無缺,產品吊牌及吊環完好(例如:鞋盒完好且沒有損毀或涂污;請不要在貨品的鞋盒上直接黏貼任何膠帶或標籤)。請另外以一個完整且非透明的袋子或盒子,妥善包裝退回的貨品,並將換貨申請編號填寫在包裹快遞面單上。

The product's outer packaging, tags, and rings must remain intact (e.g. the shoe box has no tears and graffiti, the shoe box is not wrapped around by tape, or the courier face is posted). Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged and non-transparent bag or box. Affix the return code on the delivery slip and ship the parcel to the designated address of SKXERS.

貨品所有相關附件(如部分貨品附有防塵袋、吊牌或其他配件)均需一併退回。

All related accessories (including warranty card, dust bag etc.) must be included with your return.

貨品/包裹內含額外的禮品(例如:購買贈品)均需一併退回。禮品需保持簽收時的狀態,如果禮品沒法被退回,SKXERS保留權利要求您根據本網站上所標示的禮品價格支付。

If the product/ parcel has additional gifts (e.g. gift set), please return the gift together. The gift needs to be kept in the condition as it was received. If the gift cannot be returned, SKXERS have the right to ask you to pay for the gift according to the price of the gift we have indicated.

Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchanges:

Products that are bought during specific offers or promotional events which explicitly state that return or exchange are not allowed.

The electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase is lost.

Orders that exceed the return/ exchange period (within 7 days of receipt).

Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having incontacted with chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated, or having been soaked in water

Products with loose threads or cracklings due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear

Damaged products due to improper wash.

Products that have been already used, damaged by human factor, or deformed.

SKXERS Customer Service Centre can only provide recommendations, which cannot be the basis of your final purchase decision. The size specifications of products should be based on the actual products.

If you find any defective or flawed items(s), please contact us. The suspected defective item(s) will be examined by the SKXERS After Sales Service Team and final decision will be made.

Please note that you may process returns / exchanges only for purchases made on this website. You cannot request for returning / exchanging products purchased on this website at other  SKECHERS stores, and vice versa.
